Welcome Prospective and Current Patients

This section of our site was designed to provide you with information presented in layman's terms that, hopefully, will answer your questions about custom artificial eyes and scleral cover shell prostheses.

The following are some of the most common questions asked by our patients.  Click on our FAQ link for answers to all the frequently asked questions.  We have also included a Glossary with definitions to related terminology.

If you have a child or are an elderly person requiring an ocular prosthesis, please visit our special pediatric and geriatric pages.  Also, if you have a blind, scarred and/or dysfunctional eye, please refer to the section for scleral ocular prostheses.  Each has information unique to their special condition.

As always, we are here to serve you.  If you have any more questions, please contact us.

If you have a helpful tip on wearing your prosthesis that you would like to share with your fellow patients and friends, please contact us.  Also, your personal experience can be very inspirational to others who are going through the process of acquiring an ocular prosthesis.  We like to hear from you.
